No Returns - All Sales are Final

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and take pictures as documentation, then contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@electricevo.com. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

Support and Warranty

We stand by our products and offer support to ensure your satisfaction. All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the product, not by Electric Evolution. As a distributor, we will assist with the warranty process on your behalf, but the warranty is ultimately between the customer and the manufacturer. Warranties may differ from brand to brand, and we do charge for labor if not reimbursed by the manufacturer. Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges at this time. If an item is still in mint condition and you would like to exchange it for an item of equal or greater value from Electric Evolution, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss options. Any difference in price must be paid at the time of exchange. All exchanges are on a case-by-case basis and completely at the discretion of our staff.
